Mistake in articleship registration

In the articleship registration letter received from ICAI my principal's name is incorrect. What should i do to correct this mistake.I have completed 1 year of articleship. I didnt noticed the mistake when i received the registration letter. Please advise me.

13 August 2015 you must write a letter to icai as they ahve commited a mistake in feeding data related to your articlehsip so write back a letter with all details of mistake and also provide them with evidence of same as annexure
