In an order by the ITAT it has done a mistake by reversing the names of the respondent and appelant, what are the provisions to rectify it? And How to rectify it?

you can request for rectification of the order under section 254(2) of the Act read with Rule 34A of the Income-tax (appellate Tribunal) Rules, 1963.
