if you mean to say you lost your pan card then you need to intimate this fact to Income tax dept.

then u need to revert back to pan dept of income tax dept,as it is their mistake that date of birth is not printed.
pls write a letter to it dept and seek for new pan card with all details mentioned on it.

YES,, Even i have filed return of income for simular today..
1)call to CPC bangalore
2)they will ask you all your personal details like pan number ,father name, address and they will tell you DOB as per PAN records...
