10 March 2009 Misbehaviour in office can be a cause. I have never heared about Misconduct certificates, but it complained in ICAI and found correct by ICAI investigating team, the student's registration may be cancelled.

10 March 2009 Sir, Actually i dont want to go to out-station audit and would like to take a trasfer but my principal is rejecting and he is saying that pay all my money back(stipend) which he has invested in teaching me ( 1 year) or else he will give me misconduct certificate .
now what to do ?

Clause 66 may harm you. Like wise clause 67 may harm your principal. Solution is mediation.

10 March 2009 I agree with Warrier Sir. No use of unnecessarily creating disputes with your principal. It will be better in your favour to talk politely and request him to give you the transfer. If possible then put any senior member from your family into this matter.
