misatake happened while efiling of return

While filling the efiling return form amount of income from other sources were omitted to be filled in.
However the tax details are properly filled.
As a result in the acknowledgment received tax shown is correct and no refund is shown.
My doubt is what if the Dept issue a refund based on the return figures. I cannot revise the return as it was filed belatedly. Please tell me the wayout.

Wow! What a situation?
I dont think you can do anything more than to wait for your refund. As and when any query is raised by IT deptt. inform the mistake you made unintentionally.
You are not at fault as tax submitted by you was on total income. You also can not file a revised return u/s 139(5) as return filed by you was a belated return.

or you can make an application the ITO about the happening and for correction of the same
