Hi Sri,
MIS- Management Information Report
These reports give the idea of the Financial/Production and what ever u call type of information to the top management.
This is the tool of control for the management to run the efficient show in the organisaiton
We have software packages for MIS Reports or else you can prepare it in Excel som examples can be.
