in what circumstances does a minor need a pan card for kindly reply and also gve me some articles where i can read what the law says

A minor's PAN is required when the minor is earning income other than the income which is clubbed in its parents or guardian's income. In other words, if minor earns income out of its professional skill and if that income exceeds exemption limit the minor shall have to fil the income tax return and will require PAN
