A Pvt Ltd Co. which has Rs. 1,00,000/- paid up capital.
In future its capital decreased than what will happen ?
Please tell me as soon as possible.

You can not reduce the minimum authorised share capital of the company.

You can't reduce Min. Authorised Capital of the Company..
.
bt u r asking consequences, bt legally u cnt, n u hve to file e-Form - 23 for the same 1st, bt ur form will not approve..
.
But, You can not Reduce the Minimum Authorised Share Capital of Company.
