30 August 2014 I have Filed Mgt-14 on 29/08/2014 Along with Resolution dated 30/08/2014. Now what are penalties should i have to bear..?

30 August 2014 first you voilate section 173 to hold first BM with in 120 days from the last meeting so general panalty of 10,000 will be applicable as per seciton 450.
