02 May 2014 Is there any list of metro or non-metro cities for considering HRA benefits (50% V/s 40%)? Are only Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai considered metros? Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Thane, Navi Mumbai are in which categories?
