1) Maintain Separate Accounts and
2) Not to maintain Separate Accounts.

Whether you are asking for separate accounts of Taxable service and exempted services?

IF you are providing taxable as well as exempted services both together and input service is used for both. Then it is better to maintain separate account for exempted services.
