11 June 2009 Date of first AGM is 14/7/2008.When should the Board meeting should be held?Wat shouls be the date of signing on Balance sheet by the auditor?pls help

11 June 2009 Date of First AGM is 14th July, 2008 then Board Meeting for this purpose could be between April to June subject to availibility of the Directors. Date of signing of Balance sheet by the auditors will be the date of Board Meeting bcz annual accounts, directors' report, auditors' report get approval in Board Meeting only.
