28 January 2011 If all the directors of a Pvt. Ltd Co. are the shareholders of that Co., can a Board Meeting be treated as a General Meeting? If yes, under what circumstances?

28 January 2011 In my View if the meeting is convened as Board Meeting the same can not be treated as General Meeting.

28 January 2011 Agreed with the expert! Notice covening the Meeting should clearly specify whether it is for convening a Board Meeting/General Meeting.
