If all the directors of a Pvt. Ltd Co. are the shareholders of that Co., can a Board Meeting be treated as a General Meeting? If yes, under what circumstances?

In my View if the meeting is convened as Board Meeting the same can not be treated as General Meeting.

Agreed with the expert! Notice covening the Meeting should clearly specify whether it is for convening a Board Meeting/General Meeting.

Agree with the experts. Board Meeting can in no way be treated as a General Meeting.
