No, they should be duly documented and duly mentioned in the respective registers available for checking by anyone.

Dear Debashis,
No it is not mandatory.
For the resolutions and Agreements which needs registration with Registrar refer the list given in section 192 of the companies act, 1956.
As per Section 192 of the Companies Act, 1956 there are certain resolutions and Agreements which are required to filed with registrar through filing of form 23 with in 30 days of passing resolutions or entering agreements as the case may be.
