i have incurred the medical exp of rs 25000/- approx for my fsther and sister who are having the income from the other sources that is interest income on loans. My emplyer has reimburssed the amt incuured by for the medical exp . Can i claim under salary by rs.15000/-?

yes. you can take reimbursement of medical expenses up to Rs.15000/- as per sec.17(2)
