I am a bank manager and I am not claiming my mother daily medical treatment expenses who's age is above 65. now my queries is, Is there anyway to claim in my ITR and in which sectin ?

Incase you are having the medical expenses reimbursment in your salary structure and the same can be claimed in ITR also
