MCA Form-1A Problem in Submission

23 December 2010 Hello Sir,

I have completed the fill-up of MCA Form-1A for name availability of my company. I have validated the digital signature for the applicant also.

I have completed "CHECK FORM" and it was OK.

And now when I press the SUBMIT button there comes a dialog box displaying "you need to connect to mca site to submit this form" and after pressing OK nothing is working.

I form didn't submit at all and can't continue. I just got stuck in the form submission button.

Anyone please help me!

23 December 2010 Hi..

Dear you have to get urself resgistered on MCA Portal in order to uplaod any of the E- Forms.

Once registered, login using ur username and password. After Logging in, click on E-Forms, then E-forms upload(other than Annual Filing. Then E-form Upload Applet will open and select the Form to be uploaded and upload the Form.

I feel that eForm submission of Form-1A is different from what u have said.

Please look into the matter.

23 December 2010 Sir,

I am aware of only this method of uploading any E-Form and if there is any other method by which u can upload the form kindly let me know as i would be really greatful to u for enlightining my knowledge.......

23 December 2010 You get struck up like this many a times. Try again. Hope you were logged in and then only tried uploading.

It was done. Thanks.

There was no java program installed so the eForm upload didn't come out.
