Dear Sir(s),
The MCA had issued a Draft Notification dated 24.06.14 proposing certain exemptions to Pvt. Ltd. Companies.
Kindly advise the status of this notification. Is it notified yet ?

It is still a draft and not finalised by MCA. So all the section shall continue to apply on a private company.
