26 August 2011 The Co. has not filed DIN 3 for any Director being director from 2003. Now in 2011, wen co. is uploading Form 66, it is shown error "Signature Validation failed for signature field for Director. The Person is not authorized to sign on this field"

Inspite of doing Role Check still same error coming up.

However Co. has recently filed F 21 one week ago and same was uploaded properly.

So how do i fix this issue?

26 August 2011 Pl file DIN-3 and DIN -4 if PAN is not informed in DIN-1.

26 August 2011 Thank you sir, but In that Scenario all three Director are appointed in 2003, now if i file DIN 3 it calls for Director DSC in addition to PCS DSC, so in DIN 3 which Director's DSC to affix, as all three Director are not signatories in MCA protal.

26 August 2011 I think DIN-2 and DIN-3 has been done away with effect from 27/03/2011. Therefore try DIN -4 in which DSC of director is not required.

26 August 2011 No sir, DIN 3 is still active for Director being appointed before july 2007, so i am confused how do i fix this....post July 2007, you need to file Form 32.

26 August 2011 But, Sir, DIN-3 is not hosted in https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/Download_eForm_choose.html
