04 October 2012 i hav regt ipcc on jan 2012 and i did not understand about d direct scheme.my exam is nov 2012.if i do not clear in nov 2012.will the changes in may 2013 be in effect.what will be the changes.thanks in advn

04 October 2012 yes if u not clear in Nov 2012 the changes will be applicable for your May 2013 exams..There may be amendments in subjects like Tax..The changes that may be prior to 6 months of ur exams will be applicable for your may 2013 exams

The Direct entry scheme is an option which is available to student to appear directly in Intermediate (IPC) course without giving CPT exam to some class of student.

The Institute has recently announced Direct Entry Scheme for admission to Intermediate (IPC) course for graduates/post graduates with specified marks and Intermediate level passed students of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

I think, you no need to take registration under such scheme, if you not qualify in Nov, 2012 attempt. It is optional.
