28 February 2012 good afternoon sir\mam
i want to know that supoose my income after deduction is 3.50 lakh and bank saving interest is 10000 than will i fill my return for f.y 11-12. and bank will deduct tds @10% plz help

28 February 2012 Banks do not deduct TDS on interest paid on savings account.

If your income is only from Salary and the employer has deducted tax on salary income + bank interest and you do not have a refund claim, then you need not file the return.
