08 August 2012 We have received Air Blowers from Hay International-Haryana, for Karnataka Project and due to some manufacturing issues, the blowers are performing with a higher vibration limit which is not acceptable to client. Hence, we have to send the blowers along with Motors, Base frames and Couplings to the manufacturer (Hay International, Haryana) for modification work. They will return the same once the problem is rectified.

Kindly let me know the documentation process to be followed by site for sending these items.

SECOND - YOU SHOULD RIGHT THIS ON YOUR LETTER HEAD SUPPORTED WITH HAYRANA FORM AND INWARD FORM AT A TIME OF INCOMMING IN STATE OR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE

BY THE ABOVE MENTIONED SIDE YOU CAN SAFLY TRASCT THEM.

My observation:

1.secondly,we are in construction company,we are sending the materials from Karnataka to gurgaon there is any entry tax is applicable or not.

2.What are the form will be applicable for materials transfer( Please mention the form no also.
