I am involved in the busniess of selling retail cloth garments . And my sales have crossed Rs 500000 during the year..
Do i have to apply for a TIN

29 May 2015 IF YOU THINK THAT YOUR TURNOVER (SALE)EXCEED IN FUTURE FROM 5 LAC TO 10 LAC THEN YOU CAN TAKE THE VOLUNTARILY YOU CAN TAKE THE VAT TIN NUMBER FOR SUCH 30000(25000 REFUNDABLE AFTER 3 YEARS 5000 IS FEES OF GOVT NON REFUNDABLE) IS FEES TO GET REGISTRATION UNDER VAT ACT.TILL YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO GET VAT TIN NUMBER
