The letter is required at the completion of the audit fieldwork and prior to issuance of opinion / report on the financial statements of an auditee.

Hello sir,
Thanks for the reply.But i still have few doubts.Well this is purely my understanding please correct me if i am wrong. I think we ask for management representations from clients when they have a better knowledge about something like as in the case holding of an investment short term or long term where the intention of the client is involved or in the case of related parties...
