what is the difference between man power supply and man power recruitment agency.
there is RCM on man power supply but not on man power recruitment.

man power supply for manpower to do some where to do the work. manpower work under the contractor payroll.

that means if we are providing man power recruitment service. there we are liable to pay the service tax not the service recipient.

Man power recruitment service is providing assistance to recruit manpower, it is professional service under manpower recruitment services, so RCM not applicable.
But in case of man power supply, supplying additional man power as and when needed .so they are not of permanent nature. Manpower services RCM will applicable when private ltd company take services from agencies which is other than Company.
