19 February 2016 Is there any way general public can check if Pvt Ltd co is fraud! How can we check? This question is being raised in view of Ring Bell Pvt Ltd's launch of Rs 251 smartphone within it's starting years of operations where company is assumed as in gestation period.

19 February 2016 how is it relevant? a lot of promoters incorporate the company only when they are sure of implementing there production plans. regardless, the company does have Rs 60 lakhs as paid up capital, which is way more than many other hardware startups I have known. But no doubt, there is a good chance that all this is a market gimmick!

20 February 2016 it's trending in news...everyone is appreciating...but many of them are also saying it can also be a fraud, BJP MP KIRIT SOMAIYA also expressed concerns! and there are massages being forwarded on WhatsApp warning about upcoming fraud in Ringing Bell and not to believe the company's claim.

20 February 2016 Generally we cannot find a company fraud unless carefully watched about its transactions or unless they did fraud.
Ringingbells was incorporated in september 2015, i guess --cant say that it is fraud company wait for 4 months you may get mobile or your money back.
