A CA can be in charge of two offices provided the other office is located within 50 km from the municipal limits of a city in which first office is located.
Suppose the main office is located 25 kms within municipal limits, the second office can be located within 75 kms from the first office.
Suppose the main office is located 25 kms within municipal limits, the second office can be located within 75 kms from the first office.

main office is in Vijayawada. We wants to start office in Nandigama. Both are separate municipalities, Distance as per google map is appro 55 km. Is it acceptable to open the office in nandigama. Please send me reply

If your new office is more than 50kms from the municipal limits of Vijayawada you can't start new office.
