A PERSON WHO IS INCOME 160000 F/Y 2011-12 FROM DESIGNING OF JOB WORK . IT IS MANDATORY TO RECORD BOOKS OF ACCOUNT . HE FILED RETURN ALREADY 3 PRECEDING PREVIOUS YEAR & F/Y 11-12 ALSO

In case he has filed his Return U/s 44AD, i.e. by showing Profit @ 8% for FY 2011-12, he will not be asked to produce the books of account.
