A Pvt Ltd Co. wants to carry on business mentioned in the other objects of the object clause of its memorandum.
Please suggest me the steps as to how it can do so. Whether any resolution will suffice or any E-filing is required.?
You are free to do other objects in accordance with Your Articles, if it permit. The provisions of section 149 is not applicable to private limited company, so you are free to do.

3. File form 23 within 01 month with the ROC along with the extracts of the minutes and revised copy of the memorandum
