Maharashtra VAT RETURNS UPLOAD problem

Dear Professionals
I have problem in uploading the Maha VAT Quarterly returns . The site is still not have it's new e Return portal, the are still displaying the message "New e Return portal will made available shortly",but the last date for return is extended till 30 July 2016. So I request you to please help me in this regards.

No penalty will be applicable for late filing of returns as new forms are not available as yet
