Dear Respected concern.
i'm planning imported gyser from overseas...add small wire to it and do packing... Can i put MADE IN INDIA marka on the proudct(gyser) and sell in india ?

You can't do that as gyser is imported one.

Thank you so much sir...what if i do value addition like wiring on the same as per indian electrical standard & pack with my name... with made in india..is it possible.

Instead of importing gyser import the machinery for making gyser and make gyser in India.

too costly not feasible as such...basically merchant trade type... business pickup gyser...ready to pay import duty ....i will pack and do additional wiring....with plug & socket...how much value additon is needed to call this as MADE IN INDIA or not at all..

See others are bulk importing cell phone and pack it and sell it. Do like that with out any Made in India marking. Alternatively you can import coil of gyser and make othe parts in India.

it's an bio gyster ...i can not assemble in india.....
meanwhile import bulk and pack it with my name and do some wiring ....and sale with ,my name + MADE IN INDIA...
