One of my clint has purchased house at mumbai through nre account as he worked at dubai.Now he wants to sell the property and want to sell the same.
Pls tell whether there is any specific sections for computation of ltcg.

There is no specific section for computation of capital gain arising on sale of residential property.
Section 48 itself covers such transfer.
