Lost cpc reference number as i lost rectification order

I have lost rectification order processed by cpc.
so I tried to request them to resend online. but they are asking cpc reference number.
I have lost my order. so from where to get cpc reference number.

rectification order is also sent on registered mail id so you can check the registered mail ID for the same and get a print out. If not available you should contact e-filing team on helpline numbers and request them to resend a copy of rectification order by mail or by post.
