Dear All,
I would like to know that one of my GAR 7 has been lost for the month of Jan-2014.
Now, I have to file the return for the period 01 OCT 2013 to 31 March 2014.
Could you plz tell me can the return be filed without Challan Number(CIN).

No the return can't b filed without challan no. Coz how would u support urself in the condition that tax is paid by u.

No, there is a separate column for challan details in the return where u have to fill BSR code, date & challan sr no. if u know all the details then its ok otherwise Bank Details will not play any importance.
