Loss entry when return filled late

I am filling my return of a Pvt.Ltd Co.and there is a loss ..so wat entry should i pass tell me..or is dis loss carry forward becoz due date has gone ..this is for A.Y12-13

what entry you want to pass where? you dont pass entry for tax losses or its carry forward. and in this case carry forward wont be allowed as the return has not been filed before or on due date.
