Please Help.
A company is registered in Hyderabad - A.P. It wants to make export from Delhi.
Whether this is allowed? and is there any procedures needs to be done to make such export?

ACTUALLY IF IN IMPORT EXPORT CODE (IEC )IS MENTIONED THE BRANCH LIST OF THE ABOVE SAID COMPANY.
EXCEPT ITS, FOREIGN TRADE POLICY 2010-11 AS PER PARA NO. 9.62 ALSO DO Third Party Exports.
