01. Loan against shares are very much in vogue. The margin on such loan is very high.
02. Banks will not give loan AGAINST Intangible asset. It may give loan FOR Intangible Asset.

Usually all banks have criteria for granting loans and whether you fit in it can be said only after u get the name and policy of bank.
