Can you kindly send me the follwing case laws in connection with Cash credit in the books of account. Showing cash loan below Rs.
20000 taken from 50 PERSONS.This case law is required to make my cash transactions in the books of Accounts lawful.
Commissioner of Income Tax VS.Orissa corporation pvt.ltd (1986)159ITR78.
Mukesh Shaw VS ITO 2012(1)JCR 230 (Jhr).In addition if you have any case laws in connection with above,you may send the same. Please help.
