I had filed LLP Form 1 for Name reservation on 17th Feb 2013. The status was "Work in Progress" for more than two weeks. Then it changed to "Pending for Approval" a couple of days back. Then I received the following email from MCA, and the status now is "Pending for action". What does this mean? The email received is as below:
"This is to inform you that in term of the provisions under Rule 36(6) of LLP rules, 2009, the above-cited LLP Form1 dated 17-02-2013 filed vide SRN L0047**** has been examined and marked as ##6 with the following remarks- . ##8 ##9 ##A ##B ##C"

Where the Registrar, on examining any application or e-Form or document referred to in sub-rule (5), finds it necessary to call further information or finds such application or e-Form or document to be defective or incomplete in any respect, he shall 36 give intimation of such information called for or defects or incompleteness noticed electronically, by placing it on the website and also by e-mail on the last intimated e-mail address of the person or the limited liability partnership, which has filed such application or e-Form or document, directing him or it to furnish such information or to rectify such defects or incompleteness or to re-submit such application or e-Form or document within the period allowed under sub-rule (7): Provided that in case the e-mail address of the person or the Limited Liability Partnership in question is not available, such intimation shall be given by the Registrar by post at the last intimated address given in Form 12, or registered office address of the Limited Liability Partnership or the address of such person, as the case may be,. The Registrar shall preserve the facts of such intimation in the electronic record.
You should get in touch with the MCA regarding this mail on their help line numbers and e mail ids displayed on the website. Probably there is some defect or incompleteness in your e form which they want to clarify under rule 36(6)
