01 December 2012 I want to register 2 LLP'S. One with a capital less than Rs. 1 Lakh and other with capital greater than Rs. 1 Lakh. I want to know the value of stamp paper that should be used by me for the 2 separate LLP agreements.

03 December 2012 Stamp duty on LLP agreement is payable in acordance with respective state stamp law. You may check stamp duty law of your state for value of stamp paper.
