can LLP have INDIA or INTERNATIONAL words in its name?

i believe you can have...the words prohibited are like National (refer http://www.mca.gov.in/Ministry/pdf/General_Circular_2_2014.pdf) and any name restricted under The Emblems and Names (Prevention of improper use) Act, 1950.
