Whether Lilavati Hospital is exempt under Section 17 of the Income Tax Act. I have the certificate issued by the Income Tax office on 27.6.1997 but in that certificate there is no mention of validity. Can you please check and let me know. The certificate is issued by the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, File No.MUM/CC/CCORD./TECH./17(2)(ii)(b)/36/97-98, dated 27.6.197 and is valid from 27th June, 1997.
