Dear team,
Can anybody tell me the list of business or profession not covered under section 44ad of income tax? can income from car repair or coaching classes be filled under ITR 4 S under presumptive scheme?

Car repairing and coaching classes income can be shown under 44AD and can file ITR4S SUBJECT TO FULLFILLMENT OF OTHER CONDITION THEREIN.

Any business other than-
a) brokerage &commission business,
b) agency business.
c) plying,hiring or leasing goods vehicle referred to in section 44AE and
d) whose total turnover/ gross receipts < Rs. one crore.
is covered under section 44AD of the Income tax Act,1961.
