Limitation of 'C' Form

11 September 2010 We get/issued Quarterly 'C'form. Is there any limit (in currency - like Rs. 50 Lacs, 1 Corre etc.) of a single 'C' Form? if yes then it is in all over India uniformly or statewise differ, also provide me detail of limit for Gujrat, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, UP, W.Bengal, UK, HP. (if there is any limit of value of single 'C' form and it is not uniformed in India)

11 September 2010 2nd proviso to rule 12(1) of the Central Sales Tax (Registration & Turnover ) 3rd Amendment Rues,2005 is reproduced below.

Provided further that a single declaration may cover all transactions of sale, which
take place in a quarter of a financial year between the same two dealers.

This means there is no monetary limit for a single C form.
The amended rule referred above is applicable from 01/10/2005 though the cited proviso was substituted w.e.f 16/09/2005.

My state (Kerala)follows the above rule and I am not aware of the separate rule,if any, in the states referred in the query.
