Limit for service tax exemption

1. Am I liable for mandatory service tax registration in last financial year?
2. Please mention the limit for exemption in service tax in present financial year.
Since the limit of Rs 10 Lacs was crossed in the previous FY no exemption limit in the current FY 2013-14. You have to take registration and start paying the Service Tax from the very begining of FY 2013-14.

Please note my question in none of the FY (i.e. 2012-2013 or 2013-2014) my limit of 10 lakh has not been crossed since service tax is calculated on the date of invoice (which should be floated within 15 days of work completion) now in last FY i had not floated invoice greater then 10 lakh nor in this FY cumulative sum of my invoices have not exceeded the amount of 10 lakhs.
Please mention still i have to register for service tax?

Kindly note, My invoice amount was under Rs. 9 Lakhs in previous FY and it it is still under 9 Lakhs in this FY, but the order amount is greator then 10 lakhs.
Do order amount have any impact on service tax mandatory registration?
