18 January 2011 I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF AMOUNT AGAINST A BILL WHICH I CAN SALES FROM DELHI AND HARYANA FROM U.P. WITHOUT ANY FORM JUST LIKE THAT WHEN WE PURCHASED FROM DELHI ABOVE Rs. 5000 THEN WE REQUIRED FORM-38 AS A PURCHASER SO A PURCHASER FROM DELHI & HARYANA WHAT IS THE LIMIT

19 January 2011 In Delhi No form require if some one purchasing material from other state.

In Haryana if you are purchasing material above Rs. 15,000/- you need to accompny Form 38, bill below Rs. 15,000/- does not need any form.

In UP same as haryana but limit is Rs. 5,000/-

24 January 2011 thanks sir and i also want to know that is there any limit for sales from u.p. to any other state just like purchase

and my dad is a manufacturer and trader so he has to file quartrly return in form 24 and annual return in form 26

25 January 2011 No there is no limit for sale to any other state from UP.
