Registration under sales tax , Income tax
Registration for establishment such as shop & establishment license.
Their are many licenses depending upon storage of kerosene - permission from authority should be taken .
you have to comply legal metrology act - such as obtain calibration certificate.

we are into the business of gift articles. now we got an order to send dry fruits and chocolates in gift wrapped boxes at allover india. for this to any specific licnese is required apart from sales tax and income tax & shop establishments
