Liability of service tax

if i sent some kind of required document to a party out side india related to some kind of registration at outside india required for that party and i have charged some money against that....is such kind of services is liable under service tax or not?
pls help...

given the hazy "some kind of document, some kind of registration detail", can't comment whether you are eligible to claim that the service provided by you constitute export of services.
In any case, be guided by Place of Provision of Service Rules 2012 to determine the same.
