A ltd. a company dealing in petrochemicals, registered as MFR in central excise and he wants to let out 2 storage tank out of his 20 tanks of factory to other dealer.
1. Can we do so? if yes , then whether we have to take permission from central excise ( something like NOC)---please give relevant sec. ( if any)
2. What is procedure for tenant?

Since central excise is premises based it maybe difficult unless the premises can be marked and segregated. Special permission from Comm can be sought explaining the commercial need if proposed to be carried forward.
