Please guide me to know that wether the following service is taxable or not...
A firm of lawyer rendered legal service to Mr B an architect,
Mr B is not entitled for SSP exemption....

Mr B is liable for service tax under RCM for legal services availed.

But he is Individual and in case of individual such service is covered in negative list...

If legal services is provided to B for personal purpose it is exempt. But provided related profession/business is taxable.
